Golly! Hold on to your hat! Folks, this is thrilling. This historic occasion marks the first time we are going to post two podcasts in a day! Yes mom it's all true!! We are calling it the DOUBLE PODCAST EXTRAVAGANZA-Palooza! This epic event was made possible by yours truly forgetting to post the podcast last time. That's on me, I own that. So I'm sorry, but your also welcome. Woohoooo!!!! In this episode we talk about such exciting and diverse things that you will say out loud, "Wow, those are exciting and also diverse topics." Justin and I were absolutely delighted to share the pod space with a dear friend and amazing Realtor extraordinaire, Mrs. Sarah Rigdon! We learned things and made conversation that you will be glad to hear! So truth time.. I know I was there but we recorded this like two weeks ago and now I'm trying to write a description about what was said without having listened to it yet. This is really hard, ok, I know Sarah mentioned someone with a unique body part feature and we probably talked about... idk... real estate? You'll like it. Just listen to it and stop judging my descriptions. 

In this episode we dive into the world of John Herger. He is a recently retired veteran, home-steader in the Deridder area, award winning brother-in-law, and life insurance guru. We had such a fun time that we will definitely have to do a "part two" in the near future! Get ready for 30-ish minutes of awesome! 

Happy New Year!!! Boy, do we ever have a great kick off to the new year with this fantastic bit of podcastery! Of all the episodes we have ever done I can confidently say this is by far the 14th episode that we are posting publicly! It has all the characteristics of that classic 14th episode that just casually and subtly and then abruptly and violently remind you that you are indeed listening to a podcast worth it's salt and also pepper. A nice lady named Brianna Floyd joins us as our special guest and manages to even get in a few words while Justin and I catch up. 

This is it! You found it! Great Job!! This is the official 13th episode of this podcast. We recorded one we called 12.5, but are banking it for a future release. No guest today, just two super cool dudes being super cool. You will enjoy the discussion of the best concerts we ever went to among other equally enthralling items of conversation!
